All I can say about the Howl-o-ween Treat Stamp Set?

As soon as I saw it unveiled at Stampin' Up! Convention in Salt Lake City in July I knew it was destined to be a framed art project - and so that's what I worked on this week :) By Day - a cute framed art decor piece, by night - the owl, BOO!, stars and pumpkin light up (You obviously need to place a light source behind - like a tea light)
