It was an eventful weekend! With hundreds of grasshoppers (it's a cloud of grasshoppers but they were all on the ground!), flocks of birds (and I mean like a scene from a horror movie), thunderstorms, heavy (very heavy) rain, flash floods, power cuts and tornado warnings!
But, as crafters do, we laughed our way through it all. Because really there was not much else we could do!

We did a table favor exchange and this was mine, a Christmas lantern.
I also made a Hanukkah version but forgot to take a photograph I'll need to get the two recipients to send me some!
