Baby Cards and a punch technique

Today I had several questions about a punch technique that allows you to punch part of an image and have some 'sticking out' of the punch area. So, I made a couple of quick cards using the technique and posted a live video on my FaceBook page.

Here are the cards - I LOVE the Moon Baby Stamp Set!

I stamped with Memento ink - now normally I would say to stamp with Stazon or Archival ink when colouring but in this case I used the watercolour pencils and then blended with an aquapainter filled with RUBBING ALCOHOL - so no water was used - hence the need to use Memento. Memento is water based so it will typically bleed if you use water based inks, blender pens or the aquapainter with water.

As you can see - the umbrella is not cut off - it remains part of the one stamped image - but the punch doesn't cut it off!
