A couple of years ago I made an Elf Bag Topper - Click HERE and wanted to make it again - but realised that many off the items have since retired, and as I like to keep to current Stampin' Up! product, it was time for a redesign :)

Several of these framelit sets are from the new upcoming Holiday Catalog - a penguin from Snow Friends, the flames from Festive Fireside and the hat from Boo to You set. The stamp set I used was Cosy Christmas...which of course says "Have yourself a merry little Christmas" but by inking the stamp with markers, you can miss out the 's' and have 'elf' ;) The new Red Pompom Trim and the Red Foil Sheets give a little bling and dimension.
