This month we are challenged to play Tic Tac Toe!
We must create a project that matches 3 of the squares in a line!

Lots of my craft stuff is still in boxes so I struggled to find things. The easiest for me was a diagonal line from the top left to bottom right: Sequins, Punch, Ribbon.

Inspired by a project in the new Sale-a-bration catalog (page 7) I made this frame. It uses the new Butterfly Duet Punch, the Gingham Gala Adhesive Backed Sequins and the Organdy Ribbon pack from the Sale-a-bration Catalog.

I have to admit this challenge really had me scuppered at first - but I REALLY enjoyed making this project once I got started. Maybe it's because it is spring-like colours and a nice change from all the Christmas and Holiday items of late.

I used the cardstock colours in the ribbon and sequin packs and then twisted and rolled the ribbon into circles to create 'flowers' and folded the green to make 'leaves'.

Kirsteen, WOW! This project is so beautiful! I adore how you used the ribbons to create flowers, that is so beautiful! Is that a photo frame you used as the base or did you make it out of paper? Wow!!! I can see how this project had you scuppered !! Just stunning! Is there a possibility you'd do a tutorial? I'd love to see how you made that recessed area in the middle of the frame! Thanks for sharing this beautiful project!
