I'm posting this from Mum and Dads house in Carnoustie, Scotland. I fly back tomorrow to Houston. Can't wait to get a cuddle from Alistair and the children. Schools started this week, so now I can get to planning my Stamp Camps and workshops!
At first when SU! launched their 'Simply Adorned' range, I could see them far enough......but I have made inserts for a few now and I actually quite enjoy working on such a small canvas.
Here is a few pictures of an Adorned Charm I made for my great friend Gail for her birthday. I thought she could use it as a key charm or just tie it to a bag. Sorry the pictures are so grainy - I really must find the charger for the camera, instead of using my iphone!
I firstly made a little gift bag with the Fancy Favor Die. I plaited a handle, and added a Flower from the Vintage Vogue set and a couple of butterflies using the Beautiful Wings Embosslit. I added a couple of the tiny pearls from the Basic Pearls Jewels.

.....
The Simply Adorned Charms even come in their own little gift box!
.....

.....
For the charm I used My Digital Studio to do Gails name and printed it out on Very Vanilla. I then added a few flowers from Vintage Vogue direct to the card stock and also cut out. Finishing again with a butterfly and the pearls.
.....

.....
On the back I used the 'Friend' image from the Vinatge Vogue and......a butterfly and pearl!
.....
Gail has been doing a lot of ATC's lately and I think she could easily make lots of different inserts for this charm. Thats what's great about them, you can chop 'n' change what 'look' you want - even insert a photo!

.....
Okay, so I am off to pack my little case and head up to Aberdeen Airport.
Happy Stampin'!
