Here is another of my swaps from Stampin' Up! Convention 2015.
Don't you LOVE this little submarine? The image is from the Your Sublime Stamp Set and I coloured it in with blender pens and markers then fussy cut them out.
The shaker card was made with SU sequin trim, and the designer paper is from the Cherry on Top paper stack.
