New Catalog Open House

Tuesday 27th July 2010

It's thundering again! It's hot and humid. The rain is POURING from the sky.  I'm back in Katy!

The Stampin' Up! Convention in Salt Lake City was so much fun.  Thanks to Penny, Anita, Pam, Kate and Danielle who were great fellow attendees! Anita and I were like school girls again, chatting and giggling to after midnight in our room - don't worry Anita, I won't tell anyone what you talk about in your sleep!

I came to home find that Alistair has painted the floor in the Stamp Room (Thank You! XX). Now I just have to do the walls and skirting boards.  But, after I vacuum at least I can get some of my boxes out there....they take up so much room in the house.  Our home really does look like a cardboard box bomb has gone off!

There was a minor hitch whilst I was away - the electricity on one side of the house went off.  So, no power/ AC in the Master suite and Eilidhs room had no power.  An engineer was duly organised to visit today, then this morning I carefully flicked the master switch (was REALLY worried it wouldn't go back on and I would blow the whole house). And, low and behold a lovely 78 degrees was achieved in our bedroom, all the power points work  and Eilidh can dry her hair! Which I may add, she had coloured yesterday - and it's gorgeous! Although the hairdresser thought she was just leaving High School, not a Freshman next month!

Well, Although the Catalog has been current for almost a month....yes A MONTH already!  What with moving across the Atlantic into the new house and then heading off to Convention, I am only just managing to get organised!

The house is still all boxes, but it's time to get stamping again!

If you can see past the boxes and lack of furniture, you are very welcome to come along to my Open House....please RSVP though so I know how many Banoffee Pies to make!!
