Scratch 'n' Sniff Popsicles!

Stampin' Up! Demonstrators get a preview of products about to be launched....

and 1st May we have a Summer Mini catalog launch with LOADS

of new goodies.

Now, I don't normally do sneak peeks - as we have so much still to drool over in the Occasions Mini.....

BUT,

when I saw this set, and the new SU! embossing powders..... I knew they would be top of my list in the pre-order!

My order arrived yesterday - when I had a Stamp Camp!!!

So I had to wait until everyone left before I could play.

Here is my card - the Kiwi Kiss, Melon Mambo and Tangerine Tango

on the 4th, 7th and 9th popsicles are scratch 'n' sniff....

Lime, Fruit Punch and Orange!

To make the scratch 'n' sniff you mix some SUGAR FREE Kool Aid powder with your embossing powder.

Then I used my versamark marker to 'colour in' the popsicles and dip them in the seperate powders.

You then set with your heat gun.

Then, when you scratch the embossed image - you get a whiff of the powder / flavour!

I don't know if you can see - but I also made an embossing plate of my own for the Whisper White card.

I cut several strip of the Tasteful Trim and then adhered them to a piece of scrap card stock.

I then placed my Whisper White on top of that and ran it through my Big Shot.

It just added a hint of embossing, like waves at the seaside, to the card.
