Welcome to the In Love With Stamping Last Chance Blog Hop (UK)

As you know, I have been in the very priveleged position of being a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator in both the US and the UK.  So, this year I get to experience the joy of new catalog launches twice!

We had the new US catalog launch in July and now the UK 2010-11 Stampin' Up! Catalog is almost here!

That means though that I also have to say goodbye to the 2009-10 catalog, twice, and some of the fantastic items in it.

To celebrate this last chance, we are showcasing some projects made with retiring/last chance products.  Hopefully you will have reached here from Debbis blog, but don't worry, I am only 2nd in the hop so follow on from here then pop back to Debbis!

I love the stamp set 'Bloomin' with Beauty' (112606: Page 45 IBC UK: £22.95), it can be coloured in to match any colour scheme.  We did this card at a workshop I did in Inverness not long before we moved to the States.

For the background I scrunched up some cling film (Saran Wrap to my US readers) and dipped into the Chocolate Chip ink...then dabbed it all over the card stock.

.....

All of the following are used on this card....and all are retiring and are 'whilst stocks last'!!

Designer Series Paper 'Bella Bleu' (117370: Page 75 IBC UK: £7.75)

Kraft Taffeta Ribbon (110112: Page 87 IBC UK: £5.50)

Kraft card stock (117360: Page 80 IBC UK: £5.95)

Brocade Blue Ink Pad (110062: Page 73 IBC UK: £4.25)

I also used the 'All a Flutter' Stamp (118284: Page 22 UK MINI)

Here is another similar card that uses the other stamp in this set.

Then, I loved this Designer Paper so much, I punched out a load of circles using the 1 3/8" circle punch and pinned them to a little mini polystyrene hoop to make a wreath. The photo doesn't do it justice.....My Mother-in-law thought it looked like porcelain!

.....
Then, again with the Bella Bleu Designer Series Paper, I made this box-in-a-bag, adding a little tag made with the Bridesmaid Designer Series Paper (117992: Page 74 IBC UK: £10.95)

REMEMBER - THE LAST CHANCE LIST IS ONLY AVAILABLE WHILST STOCKS LAST - SO IF YOU WANT SOMETHING

I hope you have enjoyed the projects I have posted.

Fabulous projects, Kirsteen! You've done wonders with that Blooming with Beauty stamp set, I'd not given it a second glance before! I'll be back for another look later. :)

I love the combo of Kraft and Brocade Blue, it has a gorgeous vintage, faded look to it. Now I'm so wishing I'd spotted it earlier. And I'm really going to miss the Bella Bleu papers, your wreath shows them off superbly. Fantastic projects as always.

I love, love, love the wreath, Kirsteen! What diameter is it? It would be darling around the base of a hurricane candle holder.
