Elegant Bella's Bloom and Border |
|

-
I have been in a Krafty mood lately......everything I make involves Kraft Cardstock in one way or another. It can make a really fun card, or can make a really classy card.
-
I like this one. I think it looks quite elegant. Maybe a Wedding card? Or an Anniversary card - but Hey!, whatever the reason - I'm happy with it!
-
I hope you like it too!

The Baha Breeze Satin Ribbon and Cardstock really make it!
-
But, I didn't have enough White Brads for everyone attending my February Stamp Camp, and the ones I did have were too 'white'.....so, I decided to show a technique where you can colour the plain brads you have to whatever colour you want.
-
We started off with silver brads. Push into Versamark ink (or Craft ink in your chosen colour!) . Dip into Embossing Powder (we did white - but you would use clear if you were using a coloured craft ink) . Heat with heat tool until embossing powder melts....then when it is still hot dip it back into the powder again and heat again -
-
Hey Presto! A brad in whichever colour you want.
- You may need to 'roughen' the top of your brad up a little with a sanding block before you start.....
