Sizzlit Snowball

I know here in Houston, there is rarely snow - and even when the white stuff does fall, we don't get enough to make snowballs!

But, I made this project before we headed off to Scotland - in the throws of preparing for Christmas and the excitement of seeing snow on our vacation!

Challenge: A past Holiday SB Page or Decor Item. Use your newest dies, texture plates or embossing folders to create this beauty. Use one or use many big shot items.

This snowball was made by cutting 8 of the Paper Doily Sizzlit die, available in the new Occasions Mini catalog.

I folded them in half and glued together, then sprayed with glue and rolled in Dazzling Diamonds.

I then tied a piece of White Bakers Twine at the top, and added an organza bow.

It is such a pretty ornament, and with all the Dazzling Diamonds, it really glitters!

So, it will been wrapped up carefully and put away until later in the year.

I'm already looking forward to Christmas 2012!!
