A Dozen Red Paper Roses

I made these paper roses as an entry in The TOPICS! anything

but a card challenge.

And, I won!!

Woo Hoo!

These roses are pretty easy to assemble,

I made lots of single ones, then

stuck them altogether.

Click below to purchase instructions showing you

how to assemble a single rose made with oval punch.

Wow! I thought it was the tag and paper you were showing - then I realised they were roses made from paper!! Great idea - I have to try this. Thanks for the instructions

Thank you so much for sharing a tutorial of this project! It is well done, and I think I may just be able to try this. These are fantastic! When I first saw these at the "anything but a card challenge", I thought the roses had been store-bought. I was shocked that they were made from just paper, adhesive, and a punch. Wowza!

Hi Kirsteen,  I was fortunate enough to meet you at the SECC, Glasgow this morning.  Your dozen red roses are absolutely gorgeous - 'in real life' and in the photo!  Thank you for sharing your instructions (and I am still going to make one for my mum even although she said she'd prefer real flowers!!!).  It was good to meet you and chat with you today.  Susan

I was leery about paying $1.25 for a tutorial on making these.  I thought that surely the same technique was floating around out there in cyber space.  After LOTS of searching, I decided just to bite the bullet and pay the few cents for the instructions.  SOOOOO GLAD I DID!  This is a different technique  - much simpler and with fantastic results.  Easy to manipulate the size and shape.  Thanks for sharing this!
