Fang-Tastic Treat Bag

Today 'The TOPICS', are meeting to do a Halloween or Fall Project Share.  I haven't been in much of a stampin' mood lately, but this has been going around and around in my head since I first saw the Holiday Mini, which is out on 1st September.  Finally, I took the plunge and this morning sat down and made it - isn't it great when something turns out exactly the way you imagined!!!

The stamp set is "Fang-tastic" and will be available from 1st September.  I coloured in with my Old Olive, Rick Razzleberry and Pumpkin Pie markers. The tag was made with the "Two Tags' die, Basic Black, Old Olive and Rich Razzleberry Card.

I embossed a brown lunch sack with the new 'Spider Web' Impressions folder, also available from 1st September.

For the bow, I used 6" of Basic Black 1-1/4" striped grosgrain ribbon, then threaded a piece of Basic Black 1/4" grosgrain ribbon through the hole in the tag and a hole I had punched with my crop-a-dile,......

Love it! When you say that you embossed the bag, did you just put the whole bag right in the folder and run it through once in the Big Shot? I love that idea!

That is adorable.  I never thought of using the lunch sack in an embossing folder.  Thanks for sharing.

Love your use of the embossing folder. It is cute enough that I've thought of breaking my rule of NO Halloween stuff.

Great work Kirsteen.

What a great idea! I can't wait to try this at my Halloween workshop next month! Quick question, how exactly did you do this with the embossing folder on the lunch sack? ~*Priscilla Aguilar*~ http://faeriedreamsandpaperwishes.blogspot.com
